Return of Plaint -- Lack of Territorial Jurisdiction

When a court returns a plaint due to lack of territorial jurisdiction, the suit must start afresh before the court having proper jurisdiction, even if both parties had already completed recording of their evidence before the court that returned the plaint -- Civil Procedure Code, 1908 -- O.7 R.10-A (Para 10)
